Pepperman's passion for law enforcement stems from his admiration of the officers in Lincoln Park, where he grew up. He was inspired by their ability to connect with the community and face daily challenges, fueling his desire to help those in need and be a positive role model.
Chief Pepperman finds great fulfillment in his work, both in upholding justice and serving the diverse Rockaway Borough community. He enjoys building strong relationships with business owners and residents and appreciates the cultural richness of the town.
